Getting Started
All you need to do to get started is find a team that you can train with, training with a team is the best way to get started in this sport. Even if there isn't a team that you can train with on a regular basis, get a group of friends to start with you, all you need is a Disc and something to act as the corners of the end zones (cones ideally). The best place to get equipment needed to play is Lookfly and you can get a disc for less than £10. That's all you need to start and it costs you less than £10! So get involved!
There are two main throws that you should practice; the backhand and the forehand. Here are a couple of videos by Brodie Smith explaining how to do them:
There is one more throw that you may come across in a game and thats the hammer throw, once you've learn forehand and backhand try the hammer!
